Designed to encompass all aspects of the company’s operations, the Integrated Management System integrates all systems and processes into one comprehensive framework. To ensure that the IMS policy is successfully implemented, staff will be responsible for identifying customer requirements, and ensuring that the correct procedures are followed to meet those requirements.
